Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Acworth Games, LLC uses a privacy-first approach. In games that support them, Gameplay Analytics, Crash & Diagnostic Reports, and Personalized Advertising are separate optional choices and are off by default. Declining them does not prevent ordinary gameplay.

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Acworth Games, LLC ("Acworth Games," "we," "us," or "our") operates AcworthGames.com and publishes Acworth Games titles. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our games, websites, related services, support channels, and other products that link to this policy (collectively, the "Services").

This is a company-wide policy. A particular game may use only some of the technologies or practices described here. If a title introduces materially different privacy practices, we will update this policy or provide a supplemental notice before that processing begins.

2. Our Privacy Defaults

Where a game supports these features, we separate optional data uses into independent choices:

  • Gameplay Analytics is off by default.
  • Crash & Diagnostic Reports are off by default.
  • Personalized Advertising is off by default.

Enabling one category does not enable either of the others. Declining optional analytics, diagnostics, or personalized advertising does not prevent ordinary gameplay. You can change these choices later through the game's Privacy & Data settings where available.

If a privacy preference cannot be read or saved reliably, our game is designed to fail toward the more private state rather than silently enabling an optional use.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Our games may store information locally on your device, including game saves, progress, scores, settings, unlocks, audio preferences, and privacy preferences. This information generally remains on your device unless a feature specifically requires communication with an online platform or provider.

Our local privacy-preference record is not intended to contain your name, email address, advertising identifier, or account identity. Local data generally remains until you reset it, clear application storage, or uninstall the game, subject to your operating system and platform behavior.

4. Gameplay Analytics

If you enable Gameplay Analytics, a game may use Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand gameplay progression, completion, difficulty, reliability, and feature use. Our current design intentionally limits Acworth-defined gameplay reporting to narrow, catalogued events such as level starts, level completions, and level failures.

Depending on the title and provider behavior, Analytics may process:

  • approved gameplay events and content identifiers such as level numbers;
  • application version, session, and software information;
  • operating-system and limited device information;
  • coarse country or region inferred from network information; and
  • provider-controlled app-instance, installation, or session identifiers.

We do not intentionally attach names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, advertising IDs, or arbitrary free-form text to Gameplay Analytics. We do not use Gameplay Analytics to personalize advertising. Our current Analytics configuration targets a two-month retention period for user-level and event-level data. Standard aggregated reports may be retained differently by Google.

5. Crash & Diagnostic Reports

If you enable Crash & Diagnostic Reports, a game may use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes, application-not-responding events, and technical failures. Crashlytics may process crash stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, operating-system information, app version information, installation and session identifiers, and narrowly scoped diagnostic information supplied by the game.

We do not intentionally attach your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising ID, or unrelated free-form text to Crashlytics reports. Where implemented, our diagnostic boundary is designed to prevent reports created before you gave Diagnostics permission from later being uploaded merely because you subsequently enabled Diagnostics.

Turning Diagnostics off disables Acworth-controlled diagnostic reporting and requests deletion of supported unsent reports. A game may require the application process to exit so the change can fully take effect. Disabling Diagnostics does not retroactively delete information already received by Google.

Google currently states that Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash stack traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.

6. Advertising

Some Acworth Games titles may offer advertising, including rewarded advertisements that a player chooses to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. Where enabled, we currently use Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform ("UMP").

Personalized advertising

Personalized advertising is off by default. If you do not enable personalized advertising, Acworth Games requests non-personalized ads with restricted data processing from Google.

Non-personalized advertising is not the same as no data processing. Google may still process limited information needed for contextual ad selection, coarse location, ad delivery, security and fraud prevention, frequency capping, and aggregate reporting. Depending on applicable law and serving mode, mobile identifiers may still be used for functions such as frequency capping and aggregated reporting even when they are not used for behavioral ad targeting.

Our current implementation disables Google's Publisher first-party ID. We do not authorize personalized advertising merely because it is technically available.

If you enable personalized ads

If you choose to enable Personalized Ads, Google may use information permitted by your Google advertising privacy choices and applicable law to select more personalized advertisements. An Acworth Games grant can permit personalization, but it never overrides a more restrictive choice or legal signal from Google UMP, applicable consent frameworks, age-related restrictions, device controls, or other privacy mechanisms.

If you later turn Personalized Ads off, the game is designed to invalidate rewarded ads loaded under the prior Acworth Games personalization setting and make future requests using the more private treatment.

Advertising data

Depending on provider behavior, law, and your settings, advertising providers may process IP address, coarse location derived from IP address, application and device information, consent and privacy signals, ad interactions, fraud-prevention data, diagnostics, and provider-controlled identifiers.

We do not currently authorize third-party advertising mediation partners as part of this privacy design. If we add a materially different advertising provider or mediation partner, we will update our disclosures before using it.

7. Google Ad Privacy Choices and Regional Consent

Google may present additional privacy choices through UMP based on your location, age treatment, applicable law, or Google's requirements. Those provider choices are separate from the Acworth Games Personalized Ads preference.

Where required by the provider integration, our games refresh Google's consent information before requesting ads and do not request ads unless Google indicates that ads may be requested. Where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, the game may provide access to Google's privacy-choice interface from Privacy & Data settings.

8. Platform Services, Sign-In, and Leaderboards

Some titles may use platform services such as Google Play Games Services for authentication or leaderboards. When you use those features, the platform may process information associated with your platform account.

For leaderboard functionality, information such as your platform display name, submitted score, and leaderboard rank may be visible to other users according to the platform's rules and your account settings. Acworth Games does not receive your Google account password.

9. Purchases

Some titles may offer purchases through an application store such as Google Play. Payment-card and payment-account information is generally processed by the store, not by Acworth Games.

We may receive information necessary to provide or verify an entitlement, such as the product purchased, purchase or transaction token, purchase state, acknowledgment state, and whether an entitlement is owned. We do not receive your complete payment-card details from Google Play.

10. Information You Provide to Us

If you contact us for support, privacy questions, feedback, or another request, we may receive the information you choose to provide. This can include your email address, name or display name, the contents of your message, screenshots or attachments, and technical information you provide to help us investigate an issue.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to address your request.

11. AcworthGames.com

AcworthGames.com is a static website operated by Acworth Games, LLC and hosted using ordinary website-hosting infrastructure. We do not add analytics services, advertising, advertising trackers, mailing lists, contact forms, or similar third-party tracking or engagement services to the site.

AcworthGames.com does not intentionally place analytics or advertising cookies on visitors' devices. Our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure, and maintain the website, such as IP address, browser and device information transmitted with ordinary web requests, requested pages or files, timestamps, network information, and security logs.

We do not use ordinary hosting logs to build advertising profiles, track visitors across unrelated websites or services, or personalize advertising.

If the website's practices materially change, for example by adding analytics, advertising technology, optional cookies, account functionality, forms, or mailing lists, we will update this policy and provide any privacy controls required by applicable law before using those features.

12. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Unless a future feature clearly requires it and we provide appropriate notice and controls first, our games are not designed to collect precise location, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, camera data, biometric information, health information, government identification numbers, or financial account credentials.

13. How We Use Information

Depending on the feature and your choices, we may use information to:

  • provide requested game, website, platform, and account functionality;
  • maintain local or online game features;
  • verify purchases and entitlements;
  • operate leaderboards;
  • deliver rewarded advertisements;
  • diagnose crashes and technical failures when you enable Diagnostics;
  • understand game performance when you enable Gameplay Analytics;
  • respond to requests you send to us;
  • operate, maintain, and secure the Services;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights; and
  • maintain appropriate business records.

We do not repurpose optional Gameplay Analytics or Crash & Diagnostic information for personalized advertising.

14. Legal Bases Where Required

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR require a legal basis for processing, the basis depends on the activity.

  • Consent: optional Gameplay Analytics, Crash & Diagnostic Reports, and Acworth Games Personalized Advertising.
  • Contract or requested service: processing reasonably necessary to provide a feature you request, such as a purchase, entitlement, sign-in, or leaderboard interaction.
  • Legitimate interests: operating and securing our Services, preventing abuse or fraud, maintaining ordinary website infrastructure, and responding to requests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: processing required to comply with applicable law, legal process, accounting, or regulatory duties.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

15. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service and platform providers: such as Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Firebase, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, and Google UMP, where a title uses those services.
  • Hosting providers: as necessary to operate AcworthGames.com and related infrastructure.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.
  • Business transactions: if Acworth Games, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

Third-party platforms and providers may independently process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

16. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Acworth Games does not sell personal information for money and does not operate as a data broker.

Some privacy laws use terms such as "sell," "share," or "targeted advertising" more broadly than an exchange for money. Certain personalized-advertising disclosures or uses can fall within those definitions. Personalized advertising is therefore an independent optional choice and is off by default.

Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may turn Personalized Ads off in the game's Privacy & Data settings, use a supported legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism where applicable, or contact us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

17. Children and Teenagers

The intended audience for each Acworth Games title is determined separately based on that game's design, distribution, store declarations, and applicable law.

If a title is directed to children, we have actual knowledge that applicable children's privacy law covers a user, or a platform requires age-restricted treatment, we will apply the additional protections required for that situation. Personalized advertising will not be enabled for users treated as children or otherwise subject to an age restriction that prohibits personalization.

Where verifiable parental consent is legally required before collecting, using, or disclosing a child's personal information, we will obtain that consent before the non-exempt processing occurs. A child-directed or mixed-audience title may provide a supplemental child or parental privacy notice.

18. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose, subject to legal requirements and provider behavior.

  • Local game and privacy information generally remains on your device until you reset it, clear application storage, or uninstall the application.
  • For enabled Google Analytics data, our current target for user-level and event-level retention is two months. Aggregated reports may be retained differently by Google.
  • Firebase currently states that Crashlytics keeps covered crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.
  • Advertising, application-store, Play Games, and other platform providers may apply their own retention periods to information they control.
  • Support communications and business records may be retained as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate records.

19. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. Our game privacy architecture also uses controls designed to prevent optional collection before permission, limit telemetry fields, reject invalid privacy state conservatively, and disable optional processing when privacy preferences cannot be reliably stored.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

20. International Processing

Acworth Games, LLC is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, we and our providers rely on appropriate legally recognized mechanisms. If applicable law requires us to appoint a local representative, we will identify that representative in this policy or a supplemental regional notice.

21. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability, or information about our processing. You may also have rights to opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, use an authorized agent, or appeal certain privacy decisions.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a privacy or data-protection regulator in your jurisdiction.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify a request and locate relevant records. Because we intentionally avoid creating a centralized identity system solely for analytics or diagnostics, some provider records may be associated only with pseudonymous application or installation identifiers. We will not create a new persistent identity merely to associate otherwise-unidentifiable telemetry with you.

If we cannot reasonably identify particular provider data as belonging to you, we will explain that limitation and any available alternatives rather than promise a deletion we cannot technically perform. We respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

22. Local Privacy Controls

Where supported, Privacy & Data settings allow you to independently turn off Gameplay Analytics, Crash & Diagnostic Reports, and Personalized Advertising.

A local reset feature may request supported Analytics reset operations, request deletion of supported unsent diagnostic reports, disable Acworth Games personalized advertising, and invalidate affected loaded ads. This does not guarantee deletion of information that was previously transmitted to Google or another provider.

Clearing all application storage through your device settings may also erase game saves and progress, so you should not use that method solely as a privacy-request mechanism unless you understand that consequence.

23. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, technologies, providers, business practices, or legal obligations change. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.

If a change materially alters optional processing that depends on your consent, we will provide additional notice and obtain new consent where required rather than treating an earlier choice as permission for a materially different purpose. We do not repeatedly request optional consent merely because you previously declined.
